How does the free trial work?
Signup starts a 7-day free trial. Card required upfront. On day 8 the trial converts to the tier you picked ($29 CAD/month for Member, $79 CAD/month for Member Pro) unless you cancel. You get a reminder email on day 5 so nothing catches you off guard.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings in two clicks. You keep member access until the end of your current paid period. No retention scripts, no phone tree.
Do you offer refunds?
LBC is a no-refund membership. That's what the 7-day trial is for. Once billed, the month is yours to use. Exceptions: double-charges or Stripe processing errors we caused.
What’s the difference between Member and Member Pro?
Member ($29/mo) — the full software: Content HQ, the resource library, vetted pros, the network, and support — office hours and the monthly live. You get 10 custom content plans, 25 hook batches and 15 carousels a month. Courses aren't included on this tier: buy any course on its own, or get every course with Member Pro.
Member Pro ($79/mo) — everything in Member, plus unlimited custom content plans (no monthly cap on plans, hooks or carousels) and every course included as they roll out in-app.

Content HQ is your content command centre in the app. Generate a month of posts in a click — hooks, setups, closes, and captions tailored to your business — and see what's trending. Built for owner-operators running product or service businesses — not creators.
Can American / international businesses use it?
Yes. Most prompts, templates, and resources are universal. Canadian-only content (CRA tax + grants) is clearly labelled so you can skip it.
Is there a community?
Yes — the LBC Facebook group. It's free and open to any business owner, member or not, so it's not part of what the membership includes. Find the link on the Support page.
How do member perks + affiliate links work?
Vetted pros + software cards can offer LBC-exclusive discount codes. LBC sometimes earns a commission when you sign up — some links are pure perks with no commission attached. It never costs you more, and it never changes what makes the cut.
Where does my data live?
Supabase (Postgres). Full details in the Privacy Policy. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it to train AI models.
